Anthony is a father of four boys, his two oldest, Ryan and Kody and him are the other proud owners of ARK Building Solutions. Anthony has been working in the construction/ carpentry field for over 35 years! Working in this field for that many years you gain lots of experience and wisdom. You'll catch Anthony in the field AND in the office. We try to take it easy on him, so, he gets a break from field work and is the brains behind most of the New Job Estimates.
Anthony loves working at ARK and loves his time on the weekends being a grandpa to his 4 grandkids, and cant wait for more, they keep him young!
Ryan started in the construction field back in his late teens working the same company with his dad in Elgin, IL. The Shipp family lived in Elgin for a short period, before moving back to Bureau County to be closer to family. Anthony, Ryan, and Kody have worked on many of their family homes throughout the years. Ryan and his wife Abby are currently in the process of renovating/putting an addition on their home! Ryan has 3 daughters, he and his wife welcomed baby girl #3 in April 2022! #GirlDad
Kody, much like his brother, Ryan, started his career working with his dad in his mid teens. Kody worked with his brother and dad in Elgin, IL at a construction company. Besides the couple years that he worked as a hired hand building things and doing miscellaneous jobs in the shop Kody has worked in the construction field his whole life! Kody bought a house back in 2015 that he and I (Baily), completely gutted and renovated into the perfect home customized just for us! Kody and I welcomed our first child, a son, Deaken in March of this year!
Hi!! That's me! I am Baily and I do almost all the media, I enjoy basically anything technology related, I make all the promo videos, manage the socials and attempt to keep up with the trends! I am married to Kody :P I have been at ARK for 2.5 years now, but ever since Kody and I have been together (going on 13 years now) he has always done carpentry things and I am usually right there handing him nails, screws, occasionally helping him carry a board (but I'm not the biggest help with heavy things, ha!) We bought a home about 8 years ago and completely gutted it and built it exactly how we wanted it and I love it so much! During working hours though you will find me in the office trying to make sure the books are kept up with, our socials are kept up to date, and when Anthony is in here making a proposal you'll find me helping him with the smallest of computer issues that always seem to arise when he's in here. I love working for our family business because it allows me to bring my Son, Deaken with me 2 days a week!

Deaken is Kody and I's son, he was born on Grandpa Anthony's birthday, March 19th! Since we are a family owned and operated company we have some perks you wouldn't find at other businesses, one of them being "bring your child to work!" Two days a week I (Baily) bring Deaken to work with me, so if you stop in on a Tuesday or Thursday (that's mostly the days I have him in here) you may be lucky enough to meet the handsome fella!
